Challenges AQUALAB Solves

Caking and clumping

What it looks like

Powders that should pour or flow freely start to form lumps or hard masses. Product may stick to scoops, hoppers, or equipment and stop moving as expected. Over time, the material becomes harder to handle and less consistent.

Why it happens

The product takes on moisture from the air, packaging, or storage space. As moisture increases, particles begin to stick together instead of staying separate. Small changes in humidity can be enough to trigger the problem.
